CSPAN interview with Chris Brewer

This clip was filmed by Tiffany Rocque, one of C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicle representatives who came to California and the Bakersfield area to film a series on Bakersfield. Since I have a fairly substantial local history library that celebrates the history of the San Joaquin Valley of California, I offered my own library to them.
